Pricing Structure
Though each and every case is different in all businesses, and all the needs require different solutions, we offer a base rate that's affordable to everyone’s budget. Once a call is made to our office by a member of your team, a professional tech will contact with you within the hour. Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm however we do provide 24/7 emergency service for those who have extended office hours and operating hours.
A basic hourly rate of $125.00 for residential and commercial is offered for the first hour and or until the known problem is identified. At that time, depending on the solution, we will provide a written proposal that will be presented for approval.
Payment Structure
Cutting a check or just the hassle of trying to get one written is not always the highlight of the day, therefore once you and your company have committed to an annual service contract and supplied a simple credit application, we will set your firm up with an account number and place you on a net 30 day payment plan.
For those who are new clients and clients not wishing to comitte to an annual service agreement, and for equipment special orders, we do have a COD policy where an 80% deposit is required, with the balance due upon the completion of any work performed.
We do understand that funding is not always on hand by means of a check or even petty cash, therefore we will work with you in order to prevent any form of down time or loss of data. (Agreement of extended credit must be approved before work is performed by All Miami Computer Solutions. )
